Responsibility:
? Help define the speciality communication plan in the internal communication area,
? Advise and/or assist internal customers in defining specifications,
?
Coordinate and/or ensure the design, production and implementation of
internal communication actions under his/her responsibility,
?
Identify opportunities, risks, synergies and potential optimization for
internal communication actions under his/her responsibility,
? Manage agencies and ensure that they provide high-quality service in the areas of design, production and/or deployment,
?
Ensure that internal communication actions are consistent with other
communication projects within the area and that they comply with the
Group's guidelines and standards,
? Evaluate and report on the efficiency and effectiveness of public relations actions deployed.

Key Qualities Required:
Honest and commit to the job
Understand well the role of internal communication within the company
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar
with various internal communication tool management, such as writing
skill, editting skill, etc, both with traditional media format and
digital media format
Should be a very good team player
Bachelor’s degree
Internal communication management experience in multinational company for more than 3 years.
