Description
• Develop data analysis model to provide plan and support services for the operators' network and market development based on the comprehension of mobile telecommunication system& data services, data mining of signaling, customers and business, and coupled with the demands of telecom operators.
• Work as a project manager or a member to participate in performing consulting or integrated system projects, analyzing customer requirements for data mining application, and carrying out research on data mining algorithm& modeling in mobile telecommunication.

Qualifications
• Experience in BI industry and user analysis in telecom, and capability of logic analysis and mathematical analysis.
• Familiar with analytical methods of data mining. Excellent knowledge in data analysis tools (such as SPSS, SAS, EXCEL, etc.) and database/data warehouse technology and software (such as Oracle/DB2/SQL Server, etc.)
• Familiar with fields of natural language processing and machine learning. Have a solid foundation of Statistics& Probability knowledge, rich experience in data storage、data processing、data analysis and data modeling and achievements
• 3 years or above working experience in data analysis/data mining in telecom.
• Have the capability of project management (controlling project execution and quality of delivery for the whole process). Additional experience in consulting project is preferred.
• Master or higher degree in statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, communication engineering or related area.
