Description
Provide pre-sales support and be responsible for solution during pre-sales phase.
Responsible for daily communication with external customer in order to fully understand the requirements
Analyze and scope customer requirements and provide baseline for SI development
Responsible for the requirement management and change control during implementation
Support development leader and software designer on customization design
Support customer project manager to coordinate technical activities to ensure project targets is met

Qualifications
University degree in computer science, information technology or related area
At least 5+ years experience in software development and 2+ years experience in software development management role, preferably in development of operators’ multi-media & value-added related services. Overall and deep understanding of software development.
Experienced in requirement analysis and excellent hand-on knowledge in software design process and tools, such as RUP and UML
At least 3+ years experience in pre-sale and solution role. Good tracked record as solution manager with excellent consultative and communication skill.
Excellent knowledge of Mobile internet applications, IMS and IPTV solutions.
Good knowledge of J2EE, web service, UNIX/LINUX and of relational database systems
Good Knowledge in SIP, RTSP/RTP, media Codec and multi-media related technologies.
A good team player who takes initiative and willing to learn new things.
Fluent in written English and good in oral English communications
