Summary

Company Controlling Manager main responsibilities are to ensure high quality in accounting, assure compliance to internal and external financial reporting requirements, and to provide expert financial advice.

Company Controlling Manager is functionally responsible for Company Controlling Specialist activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Main responsible for Company Controlling activities within hub

- Ensure correct Legal Entity Income Statements and Balance Sheets

- Assure compliance to internal and external financial reporting requirements

- Ensure appropriate legal entity equity and profit levels

- Responsible for finance related SSC Demand Management

- Provide expert financial advice

- Ensure alignment with global financial processes and accounting directives

- Supervise activities within Company Controlling

Main Activities

- Ensure accuracy of balance sheet and income statement

- Provide accurate legal forecasts

- Identify and mitigate financial risks

- Ensure asset control

- Manage timely period end closing

- Signoff of applicable SOX controls

- Govern records retention

- Manage statutory and FIRE audits

- Support internal audits

- Review and take action on finance AQI and KPI results

- Drive efficiency and quality programs within Company Controlling

Authorities

- Signing of statutory and statistical reports as delegated by Head of Company Control

- Signing of applicable SOX key controls

- Authorize expenditures in accordance with applicable authorization matrixes

- Sign intercompany and external agreements in accordance with assigned Power-of-Attorneys

- Signing of financial transactions in accordance with assigned Power-of-Attorneys
