Description
· Be responsible for GSM radio network design and initial tuning service delivery
· Be responsible for GSM radio network performance improvement service delivery
· Be responsible for technical marketing and sales support of network and technology consulting services.
· Continually seek for new service business opportunity and customized solution development.
· Be responsible for service related technical activities for the assigned responsible area.

Qualifications
· Bachelor degree or above of first level University, electronic / telecommunications engineering, computer science is preferred
· Well organized and have structure thinking
· Initiative and positive personal personality
· Fluent in English/Chinese speaking and excellent in English/Chinese writing
· Competence and understanding the infrastructure of GSM mobile network.
· Good Communication skills and ability to work in teams.
· Willing to travel around China and abroad frequently.
