Purpose of job
- The Process Developer secures stable and aligned processes. This includes development, evaluation and implementation of the process and changes. The process developer is responsible to make process changes to have a controlled impact on the operation of the process.
Potential Job Performance Metrics
- Process efficiency, assigned KPIs such as lead time, cost and delivery precision. Customer Satisfaction,
Tools & Resources
- SAP (CBS/MUS/ONE) or other approved business system, Supporting business tools (for example Event manager, Verdi, Eliz) Eridoc, Microsoft office, Visio or other process drawing tool, Gordon, Ericsson admin tools and project management tools

Qualifications

Qualification & experience
- Operative experience from the relevant process area.
- BSC from relevant area or equivalent gained through experience
