In the role of Customer Solution Manager for LTE you will be responsible for the development of LTE solutions mainly for China Telecom Account. You will act as the technical lead for LTE solutions, with a high level of customer interaction and co-ordination with account team, product management, customer engagement, service delivery etc.
As technical lead you will be responsible to secure that the deliveries of solutions to customers, including solution strategy, solutions analysis, dimensioning, customer presentations etc. support SoC, RFI and RFP are important routine works in your role.
This is a highly visible and pro-active role requiring inter-personal skills. It will demand constant interaction with account teams and end customers, in order to understand the operator's business issues, and to be able to find opportunities for evolving our solutions, thereby creating new business. It also demands good networking capabilities. This role is likely to be suited to experienced technical persons with end-to-end technical knowledge, with demonstrable communication and consultative skills.
As customer solution manager for LTE, a specialist role is needed in this area to secure and decide on the overall strategy, and to be a contact towards product management, customer engagement as well as meeting and negotiating with customers.
Support account strategy planning in order to make maximum sales and secure long term growth. Drive implementation of account marketing strategy

Qualifications
Technical/Professional Competence
· Rich knowledge of GSM, WCDMA, CDMA and LTE network architecture
· 5+ years applicable work experience in wireless or telecom field, especially on radio network for 2G, 3G or LTE
· Good understanding of wireless communications, radio technologies
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Chinese and English
· Very good presentation skills
· Ability to deal with uncertainty. Self motivation.
· Willingness to travel

· Ability to communicate well with colleagues and to drive work within the area.
· Ability to convey, receive and exchange ideas, information, knowledge and experiences in a clear, concise and open manner.

Education / Certification
Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent
