Main Responsibilities:
· Be responsible for GSM/WCDMA radio network design and initial tuning service delivery
· Be responsible for radio network performance improvement service delivery
· Be responsible for technical marketing and sales support of network and technology consulting services.
· Continually seek for new service business opportunity and customized solution development.
· Be responsible for service related technical activities for the assigned responsible area.

Qualifications
Competence Requirements:
· An university degree in engineering or above, electronic / telecommunications engineering, computer science are prefered.
· Working on telecom industry for 2 years at least.
· Competence and deep understanding the infrastructure of 2G and 3G mobile network.
· Knowledge of RF systems, optimization processes & tools of different vendors
· Knowledge of Ericsson Radio network features & optimal parameter related to these features.
· Good communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English.
· Good Communication skills and ability to work in teams.
· Self-motivated, flexible and fluent in English both oral and written.
