Description
·Establish commercial guidelines and strategy in mainland China.
·Together with customer units, centrally negotiate pricing operations' (i.e. China Mobile) Headquarters.
·Work with RPM and SDO to set up service cost and price.
·Work with the Market Regions to communicate, implement, and maintain the service commercial strategy.
·Manage the approval process for deviations from established commercial guidelines, and develop business case and Sales Decision materials to support these escalations.

Qualifications
·Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a science, business or telecommunications discipline;
·More than 3 years' experience in service area such as service sales, project management or service delivery, and/or related functional areas in a communication systems company.
KEY CHARACTERISTICS NEEDED:
·Strong communication and analytical skills
·Service portfolio understanding and experience.
·Business oriented
·Strong skill in Excel/PPT
·Fluent in oral and written English
