职位描述

Description
·Listen to customers to understand their key goals and challenges, to translate into new sales leads
·Proactively define operator engagement proposals applicable to the Region China & North Asia (RCNA) customer needs
·Drive strategic and tactical plans towards customer's key decision makers, with business propositions, process, organization and tools optimization, operational consulting, customized solutions and migration proposals together with the solution team
·Build long term customer relationship and position Ericsson as a trusted partner
·Work closely with Customer Units and key accounts to capture new opportunities
·Collaborate with internal organization to achieve common targets
·Responsible for managing and meeting the customer's expectations during the engagement process
·Maintain a RCNA and global Consulting network to facilitate knowledge and best practice sharing
·Familiar with industrial trends and business models through the business intelligence networks.

Qualifications
Education requirement:
·University degree or Master in Business/Engineering/ICT or equivalent knowledge acquired through long-term job experience
Competence & Experience:
·Extensive OSS and/or BSS operational experience (>10years) in consulting or similar role either in telecom vendor, IT vendor, operator or consulting firm
·Sound knowledge of operators' business needs as well as process and system understanding in the IT and network domain for OSS/BSS
·Insights to customer challenges, revenue opportunities and sharp business acumen
·Strong in consultative selling, familiar with different engagement models (Systems Integration, Managed Services, Product Engagement)
·Solid process & methodology understanding with experience from eTOM, SID, TAM, ITIL and similar models
·Possess strong leadership, cultural awareness and excellent communication skills
·Creative and self motivated
·Experienced in competence management and knowledge management
·Fluent in English and preferably also in either Mandarin, Japanese or Korean
