Technical Support Engineer技术支持工程师

Sandvik Construction, provides solutions for virtually any construction industry application encompassing such diverse businesses as surface rock quarrying, tunneling, excavation, demolition, road building, recycling and civil engineering. The range of products includes rock tools, drilling rigs, breakers, bulk-materials handling and crushing and screening machinery. In 2012 sales amounted to about 9,700 MSEK, with approximately 3,300 employees.

The position would directly report to: Product Line Manager, Sandvik Construction.

Key performance areas:

·Work closely with sales team to understand CNS CHN customers technical requirements/needs, and enhance their comprehension of product application.

·Provide technical support to both customers, distributors, and the internal sales teams on product offering and technical communication & training.

·Focus on product application field research & case study for typical customer.

·Participate in the marketing events, exhibition, and industry seminars, collect and analyses up-to-date information from the market.

·Keep up to date in relation to and competitors’ product performance, product & market development.

·Provide input (editing, translation & verification) into technical and marketing material.

Your profile:

·University degree majored in mining or mechanical.

大学本科(或研究生)采矿或机械专业。

·At least 3 years of technical working experience in the related industry.

3年以上相关行业技术工作从业经验。

·Knowledge of SMC CNS equipment’s especially crusher & screening products.

熟悉SMC建筑工程类设备特别是破碎筛分设备。

·Fluent English in both verbal and written.

流利的英语口语及书写。

·Proficient computer skills in MS office.

熟练掌握电脑办公软件。

·Proactive, quick at learning.

·Strong customer service focus.
