Job Objective:

To complete services solution to meet customers' business needs. It includes radio network planning and radio network optimization. Radio network consultants are also responsible for providing business development and sales support within area of expertise.

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for GSM/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/LTE radio network design and optimization services delivery

Be responsible for providing support to develop service products/tools

Be responsible for providing technical support to pre-sales activities

Education, Skills, and Experience:

1. Master/Bachelor in telecommunications, wireless communication is required.

2. Excellent English skills, both oral and writing abilities are mandatory. CET-6 or above is required.

3. 3+ years of related experience in radio network design and optimization projects will be a plus.

4. Extensive knowledge of 3GPP is needed.

5. Advanced knowledge & experience on MS Office, TCP/IP, UNIX/LINUX, Oracle, Sybase, Web/Mail server, SQL, XML is needed.

6. Proven knowledge of software development will be a plus.

7. Knowledge in mathematical model is an advantage.

Travel: Frequently traveling is needed.
