Description

The AP Accountant reports to AP Manager.
Complying with Ericsson external statutory and accounting policies required by the company(ies) served by SSC BJ.
Complying with Ericsson internal finance and accounting policies, directives and instructions, and in addition, complying with SOX KC requirements in case of SOX company(ies).
Supervising all A/P transactions, including debit notes, credit notes as per global standard procedures (and SOX requirements in case of SOX company(ies).
Managing A/P transactions for one or two supported company(ies).
Following up all outstanding invoices including parked invoices periodically and making sure all problematic invoices to be fixed timely
Completing AP PEC activities (incl. SOX part in case of SOX company(ies)) accurately and punctually.
Supporting AR/AP set-off and Payment documents preparation for payments' delivering.
Cooperating within AP team and across teams inside or outside of SSC BJ
Fulfilling other ad-hoc tasks assigned by AP manager

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance, economics or other similar areas
At least One year working experience in Accounting or Finance or Auditing fields (exception allowed if the candidates graduated from very famous universities).
Excellent in verbal and written English, Japanese or Korean.
Skill in SAP (MUS/CBS) preferred.
Good communication skill and with an ability on demonstrating necessary authority in different situations
Good team work player
Very positive to the intensive workload
