Description

The AR Team member reports to AR Manager.
Complying with Ericsson external statutory and accounting policies required by the company(ies) within SSC BJ service scope.
Complying with Ericsson internal finance and accounting policies, directives and instructions, and in addition, complying with SOX KC requirements in case of SOX company(ies)
Managing of all A/R transactions, including invoice, debit note, credit note, incoming payment, setoff A/R against A/P, etc. daily or monthly issues
Cooperating with Order Office for external customers A/R clearance
Preparing monthly A/R Analysis report to Line Manager and updating A/R Statements to customer
Preparing monthly bank & working fund reconciliation report to F&A Manager and local Company Controllers
Monthly reconciling inter-company AR/AP
Fulfilling other ad-hoc tasks assigned by AR Manager

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance, economics or other similar areas
At least One year working experience in Accounting or Finance or Auditing fields (exception allowed if the candidates graduated from very famous universities).
Good language skill, English and Mandarin as working language
English Level: CET6 >500 or IELTS 6.5 or the similar
Skill in SAP (MUS/CBS) preferred, but not a must.
Good communication skill and with an ability on demonstrating necessary authority in different situations
Good team work player
Very positive to the intensive workload
