TITLE: (Sr.) Finance Analyst, APAC

FUNCTION/BUSINESS UNIT:      Finance

    

REPORTING TO:  APAC FP&A leader

SCOPE AND IMPACT OF POSITION ON THE ORGANIZATION:

·       Supporting the APAC region planning cycle including annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting process in addition to maintain an eye on key business driver through detailed data analysis and commentary to business leaders.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Support monthly and quarterly analytics, reporting, forecasting and commentary on the regional performance.

·       Support weekly financial outlook tracking, collaborating with APAC country/site finance and global function/corporate finance for continuous forecast quality improvement.

·       Analyzing key performance indicators, especially revenue, margin, production variance, operating expense, cashflow.

·       Manage APAC financial data by details check analysis and drive for quality improvement.

·       Prepare APAC financial reporting based on HFM/Cognos, and support on financial review deck.

·       Together with commercial finance team to collaborate with sales/marketing to evaluate, track the business risk/opportunity regarding to vehicle production, project new launch, regulation etc. to enhance the business growth.

·       Together with site finance to collaborate with S&P, CCI team to evaluate, track the business risk/opportunity regarding the CRP, NEGO, transfer productivity to drive the profitability improvement.

EXPERIENCE:

·       Minimum 6 years working experience with 3 years budgeting, planning, performance management in a sizable manufacturing company of MNC;

PROFILE:

·       Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance related.

·       Fluent English communication with the native & non native English speaker.

·       Experience with Hyperion, SAP and powerful EXCEL user with massive data management skill

·       Strong quick and self-learning ability and Self-motivated with a “sense of urgency” and “hand on” approach

·       Business driven mindset
