职责描述：

1， 完成BIM项目相关工作

2， 建筑、结构、暖通、给排水、电气专业BIM建筑信息模型建模工作

3， 协助项目各合作团队参与项目各阶段设计工作

4， 按照公司的计划进行BIM软件的拓展学习，公司提供良好的培训以及发展空间


任职要求：

1， 全日制本科学历，建筑及工程相关专业,暖通给排水专业优先

2， 工作经验不限，有建筑、结构、暖通、给排水等专业设计或绘图经验优先

3， 对工作和生活充满热情，对新生事物有较强的接受能力

4， 愿意从事BIM咨询业务，并乐于学习并掌握BIM相关知识，愿意与BIM团队在此领域开拓，创新

5， 熟悉Autodesk Revit系列BIM软件的优先

6， 敬业踏实，认真严谨，有良好的职业素质和团队精神及沟通协调能力

7， 英语熟练，可作为工作语言
