MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

？ Identify all commodities process improvement opportunity

？ Initiate cross commodity synergy

？ Take lead the process cost reduction activities

？ Input best process practise into new product design / process design at product development

？ Driving the supplier process improvement of scrap, tooling, die-casting, machining , process control, cycle time, OEE etc.

？ Support on budget setting and cost reduction of the tooling, fixture , gauge, testing equipment etc

？ Improve processes in collaboration within S&P organization

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

？ Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Automation, Metallurgical Technology, Metal forming or Casting

？ Minimum 5 years process engineer experience in Aluminium Die Casting, or machining company or similar industry.

？ Extensive practical knowledge of tooling design, die casting process control , CNC Programming , fixture design, cutting tool selection etc

？ Knowledge of GD&T, Design for Manufacturing, VE/VA, DOE, DFMEA/PFMEA, Problem solving

？ Strong communication skills and Project Management skills

？ Fluent in English is an asset

？ Lean production and Six Sigma certification is an asset
