1. Job functions

• Follow up project management of freezer project including project planning, engineering, installation and commissioning. Execution from sales handover to project hand over to R&C service

2. Dimensions

• The scope represents Planning. Engineering, Execution, Start up, Hand over.
• The work focus on freezer project, but also work for OSI projects.

3. Duties and Areas of Responsibilities

• Implement lean of critical process points for APC Food Special Project Management.
• Be the guardian of the implementation of FREEZER technical
• Ensure project planning with stakeholder
• Follow up the execution of the project, erection of the equipment and startup of the commissioning.
• Ensure Safety (0 Incident – 0 accident) all along project execution
• Ensure the project is on time and budget
• Ensure that monthly project review report & PGR meeting is submitted in time with adequate content incl. Progress Report, POC information, Project schedule, risk management and ensure hours are booked
• Ensure support and training of the plant staff for the technical matters
• Documented Project closure and handover to Service Team.

3. The project is on money (C) and Costs/T targeted is achieved

6. Follow up PPP rules during execution of projects,
7. Main focus on freezer project, but also support on OSI project

Education:

1. Engineering
2. Food technology

Experience:

1. 3-5 years freezer food experience Process
2. Engineering background and expertise in Freezer Food process technologies including Freezer process
3. Experience in project management
4. Special Knowledge & skill:
5. Ability to work in matrix organizations
6. Very good communication and presentation skills
7. Autonomous and organization capability
8. Ability to take ownership and deliver results
9. Fluent in English
10. Operational from the very beginning
11. Mobility: Several travels in the countries and overseas where factories & suppliers are located
