职位描述：
The main responsibilities：
? He/she will lead all project initiatives in Digital areas (Websites, e-commerce, Wechat, APP, and all others digital ways to engage customer/increase sales revenue/marketing position/better use experience, etc.,)
? Project initiation, including as-is/to-be analysis, project organizing, benefit definition, scope definition, business blueprint, and cost estimation/validation
? He/she will monitor the project progress closely, beware of all risks/issues in the project, organize all discussion/meetings for decision making, and escalate to management team if necessary
? Manage the changes within the projects, define the changes scope/justification/effort and follow IT delivery process to manage properly
? Organize/Participate all the gate review for his/her projects, which include all deliverables and requisites before the gate review, presentation during the gate review, and all following-up actions after the gate review
? Propose and contribute for the roadmap definition in Digital area as well as solutions
? He/she will publish project status report/issue report according to IT delivery methodology, and provide all ad-hoc report per users requires
? Assigned as project manager for other IT areas (CRM, ERP, sales system, CS system, etc.,)
Technical skills:
? Strong Knowledge in CRM technology (Salesforce, SAP, Sibel)
? Strong knowledge in Project Management and Project Management Methodology
? Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others, initiates action, and adapt to change
? Good vendor management skills
? Excellent English (Speaking, listening, reading & writing)
Experience / Industry knowledge:
? Bachelor degree or above with major in computer related area
? At least 8 years related working experience in digital technology
? At least 7 years related working experience in Project management
? Experience in CRM technology (Salesforce, Sibel)
? Experience in DMS platform (CDK, Yongyou)
? Certificates: PMP, Prince 2
? Experience oversea is preferred
