职位描述：

1、负责对上架产品撰写富有弹性、提高产品关注度，吸引目标客户的策划方案；

2、控制产品风险，拟定合理的产品上架计划，将产品发布到公司平台各站点；维护和优化listing 页面，确保账户安全；
3、学习研究电商行业最新政策，可及时作出应对方案；
4、不断学习、研究、尝试各种电子商务营销手段以提高产品的排名和成交率；
5、制定产品营销活动策划，并对营销活动的实施进行调研、分析、预测、推广手段及效果评估等；

6、跟单及相关工作，处理客户投诉，对客户的退换货进行妥善处理，保持店铺的好评率和良好的信用度；

7、随时更新本公司的产品销售策略；

8、完成公司的销售目标，对销售业绩负责。

9、负责日常管理工作，包括业务规范、流程建设、分工协调等

任职资格：

1、统招本科及以上学历；英语六级以上；有良好的英语商务沟通能力；

2、一年以上亚马逊运营经验优先；可接纳优秀应届生；

3、性格活泼外向，思路活跃清晰，有较强的学习接收能力，勤奋细心，有很强的责任心、进取心，较好的团队协作精神；

4、理工科毕业优先；

5、外企工作经验，跨国留学或从业经验者优先。

Job Description

1, Responsible for the accounts sales management. This includes: The release of new products, updating of product information, maintenance and page optimization;

2, Reduce product risk, propose reasonable selling program for products, publish products to the Amazon website; maintain and optimize the listing page, and ensure account security;

3, Study the latest policy, Make up to the minute changes accordingly;

4, Continuously learn, research, and try all kinds of marketing tools to improve product ranking and turnover rate;

5, Make product marketing campaign plans, launch marketing research, analysis, forecasting, channels of promoting and evaluate effectiveness for the marketing campaign implementation;

6, Deal with customer complaints, properly handle returns, maintain a high level image of the shop and create good customer feedback;

7, Collect product-related marketing sales status on the platform, provide analysis to competitive business products and marketing methods, update the company's product marketing strategy;

8, Complete the company sales targets. Responsible for sales performance.

9, Responsible for the daily management of the Amazon team including: Business norms, Processes, Construction, Work assignation and Mediation.

Skills and Qualifications:

1, Undergraduate or above; English CET 6 or above; Proficient in English business communication;

2, One year of Amazon operating experience or above is preferred; Recent College Graduates are acceptable

3, Outgoing personality, active and free thinker, a strong ability to learn, diligent and careful, have a strong sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial spirit, and good team spirit;

4, Science and engineering graduate is preferred;

5, Foreign company work experience, overseas study or business experience is preferred.
