Job specification:
 Read and understand Company Quality plans and Company Quality procedures. 理解公司的质量计划和公司质量程序。
 Read and understand China Construction codes, International standards and client’s technical specification. 理解中国的建筑法规、国际标准和客户的技术规范。
 Basis of the bidding documents to create Quality documents (ITP) and record. 依据招标文件创建质量文件和记录。
 Maintain Inspection schedule and follow the ITP inspection. 维护检验计划并跟踪ITP进行检查工作。
 Perform in-process inspections as required by Quality plan (visual、verification). 根据质量计划执行工序过程中的检查 (视觉、验证)。
 Review the QA/QC documents from suppliers/ contractor for compliance with the contract requirement, statutory requirement and also company requirement. 审查供应商/承包商提交的QA / QC文件是否符合合同和法规的要求以及公司的要求。
 Responsible for inspection activities to ensure the quality of products comply with client's and regulatory requirement. 负责检查活动确保产品质量符合客户的质量和法规的要求。
 Be responsible for nonconformance product control and handling, be responsible for organize, implement and follow up the corrective action and close out. 负责组织对不合格品的控制，负责组织、落实、跟踪纠正预防措施和关闭。
 Initiate and recommend solutions to support the project teams on all QA/QC matters to meet the contract conditions. 启动和推荐解决方案来支持项目团队在所有QA / QC事件中，以满足合同条款。
 Organize the QA/QC inspection and audits on-site, prepare and maintain reports. 组织现场的QA / QC检验和审核，预备和维护现场检查报告。
 Coordinate with other departments for inspection at various stages. 在不同阶段协调与其他部门进行的检查。
 Carry out final Inspection as per the Quality plan and technical specification. 按照质量计划和技术规格进行最后检查。
 Develop, drive and implement quality initiatives that cope with business needs and company values/objectives. 发展和推动并实施质量计划，应对业务需求和公司价值观/目标。
 Provide QA/QC Weekly report to management level. 为管理层提供QA/QC每周报告。

Key qualification:
 Engineering Background, College degree or above. 工科背景，大专以上学历。
 Can read and write English proficiently. 能够熟练读写英语。
 Preferable work experience in an international engineering company. 具有国际工程的施工管理经验。
 Familiar with relevant national and international norms and standards, mastering the acceptance standard of construction. 熟悉国家和国际的相关规范和标准，熟练掌握各项施工验收标准。
 Have minimum of 5 years of experience on QA/QC management on-site. Have a deep understanding of construction engineering industry. 现场QA / QC管理，至少有5年的经验。对建筑工程行业有深入了解。
 Have the strong sense of responsibility and the dedication to work, principled strong, bosom is magnanimous, pleasant personality. 有较强的责任心和事业心、原则性强、心胸大度，性格开朗。
 Have stronger organization and coordination ability, communication ability, planning ability. 具有较强的组织与协调能力、沟通能力、计划能力。
 Conduct quality inspection records, collect quality test result records, sorting division component project and unit project review to evaluate the original records and fill in all kinds of quality report and inspection group of test data, to establish the quality files.负责做好质量检查记录，收集质量试验结果记录，整理分部分项工程和单位工程检查评定原始记录，及时填报各种质量报表与检验批验收资料，建立质量档案。
