Responsibilities:

1 Define and write the complete business case for the
project focusing on legal requirement ,customer needs and technological
advance.

Carries out opportunity, feasibility and
detail studies requested by the steering committee

Communication with Chinese authorities ,along with other departments, as
required by project needs to ensure success while enhancing company's image and
reputation

Guarantees that the specifications for the different parts of the project exist
and are coherent

With the help of support groups , define the contract for supply of primary
energy and services

Conduct a detailed market analysis on primary energy to assess company's
financial commitment in short , medium and long-term

Perform both quantitative and qualitative risk analysis and define the
appropriate risk management plan

Within the PMO organization , and with the groups of central or local methods
and engineering teams, the project leader
defines and implements all the process to carry out the implementation phase

Coordinates all activities necessary to achieve the objectives of the project

Organizes decision making with the business partners for : performances / costs
/ time-frame

Applies the environmental management system in his or her area of
responsibility

Requirements:

1 Project management knowledge ; PMP certification being a plus

Leadership : detailed and thinking out of the box

Able to work with cross functional teams , good interpersonal skills ;
influence without authority

Good communication skills

Candidate should have both analytic skills and hands-on attitude

Solid understanding of corporate finance

Corporate strategy planning and negotiation skills are a plus

Good knowledge of technology and equipment required for the production ,
conversion ,transference and utilization of energy

Applicant should display interest in sustainability , energy and carbon
emissions .LEED Green Associate certification being a plus

Qualifications

1
MA of Energy or industrial engineering
preferred , chemical , mechanical and electrical engineering or equivalent
acceptable

Graduated from C9 League

3
3 to 5 years PM/IE experience in
manufacturing industry preferred
