职位描述：
1、负责与客户进行电话沟通，预约上门试听；
2、负责客户的上门接待，详细了解家长对英语教育的理解和需求，帮助他们纠正错误的教育观念和教育方法，树立正确的英语教育、和未来卓越地球公民教育的观念，帮助家长为孩子做好正确的人生抉择！
3、在充分了解孩子的英语学习基础的前提下，为孩子选择恰当的学习阶段；
4、在家长决定购买意向后，督促家长认真阅读《入学协议》，帮助家长完成缴费的全部手续；
4、及时将手中的客户数据，按照公司的规范要求进行数据整理、录入和其他维护工作；
5、定期对客户进行回访，做好售后服务；
6、完成个人销售任务，达成良好的销售业绩；
7、保质保量的完成上级交办的其他任务。

Working Form：Full time
Responsibilities：
1、In charge of telephone communicating, and invite client dropping in;
2、In charge of client reception, including but not limited to, get to know their English-educational demands for their children, correct their faulty educational perception and methods, build up correct ones and help them make the right turns for their children’s life;
3、After fully understand their children’s English learning, choose the appropriate stage for them;
4、Make sure clients read the Agreement for Enrolment , and help them finish the Payment Procedure right after they’ve decided to purchase the class;
4、Analyze the data under the company protocol;
5、Pay the regular return visit, make sure clients are satisfied about our service;
6、Accomplish individual sales tasks, and reach the outstanding sales achievement;
7、Fulfil the tasks within the requirements.

Requirements：
1、Standard Mandarin, Strong presentation ability, Cogitate and Query deeply and properly;
2、Diligent, and resilient personality;
3、Proper personal cultivation and image quality;
4、College degree is the basic requirement, majored in English, and with working experiences of sales and English-teaching is a plus;
5、Capable of Communication and Team Work Spirit;
6、Being practical and prudent, strong sense of service, and be able to work under high pressure;
7、Honesty, and integrity, and professional ethics;
8、Proficient in office software.
