Principal Accountability
Takes part in quality planning for products, materials, processes and methods
Establishes and implements obtention standards (operating modes, verification plans, local process parameters and the associated specifications) on the basis of central and local references.
Ensures implementation of standards is compliant with the obtention and verification references.
Establish customer/supplier specifications and follows up on associated indicators.
Implements quality tools and approaches.
Takes part in implementation of the technical Maîtrise Totale du Procédé (blocks, fixes, control cards, maintenance plan, etc.).
Analyzes current market quality results (new products, materials, before and after curing, architecture, complaints, nonconformities, etc.) and identifies the necessary corrective actions.
Contributes to MDP/OR from his/her area of responsibility. Proposes interventions and corrective action plans and guides implementation.
Uses and require use of tools and methods advocated by MMW and the oversight entity.
Follows up on process performance in terms of capability and productivity and takes part in ensuring permanent improvements are made.
Ensures mentoring of operators (including the quality correspondents) to improve application of manufacturing standards and reaction in the event of deviation.
Key Qualities Required
Basic Knowledge on: Quality Tools; Industrial Engineering method
Good knowledge on: English; Problem analysis and solving
Qualifications
College degree or above
2 years technical working experience in industry and work more than one year in workshop
Majors in Mechanical engineering/Material Engineering will be preferred
