Responsibilities
1.Manage the daily production planning.
2.Manage the production line on a day-to-day basis to achieve the planned goals in volume, quality, and scrap rate.
3.Be responsible for quality control, making sure the quality system meet both customer needs and ISO 9001 compliance.
4.Control production cost including WIP, finished goods, and labor cost.
5.Work with sales team to maintain a high level of on-time delivery.
6.Work with customer service team to handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
7.Work with operation director to build a strong production team.
8.Maintain 5S and EHS compliance.

Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree or above in Engineering.
2.8+ years of production management experience, preferably with a western company operating in China.
3.Experience with plastic extrusion or PET strap manufacturing is a strong plus.
4.Familiar with basic production management tools including 5S, Poka Yoke, Kanban, SPC, and etc.
5.Fluent English on a working level.
6.Good at MS Office including PPT, Word, and Excel.

主要职责

2.做好生产的日常安排以确保生产任务的顺利完成.
3.负责产品的质量,确保生产体系的正常运转.
4.负责生产成本的控制,包括在线库存和成品库存的控制及人员成本控制.
5.和销售部一起工作,确保及时交货率.
6.和客服人员一起处理客户投诉，确保产品售后服务.
7.负责生产团队的建设和管理.
8.负责生产线的5S及安全管理.

职位要求
1.本科以上学历，工科毕业.
2.8年以上制造业生产管理经验，最好是具备外资企业相关工作经验.
3.有塑料挤出或PET打包带相关制造业工作经验者优先.
4.熟悉5S, Poka Yoke, Kanban, SPC 等基本生产管理工具.
5.较为熟练的英语听读说能力.
6.熟练掌握Office操作软件如PowerPoint, Word, Excel等.
