职位描述：

Role & Responsibilities:

1. According to the specific requirements about financial consolidation of the company, develop and publish financial data consolidation schedule, and in strict accordance with the established timetable to complete data collection, sorting, integration, report and publish etc.

2. According to the requirements of the daily management, design, update and release standard data reporting templates. In case of queries, be responsible to explain the methodology and rules of the templates.

3. According to the requirements of the daily management, send data requirements to each subsidiary company, and follow up the corresponding data collection and integration.

4. Keep a close relationship with the relevant personnel in each subsidiary, timely complate data collection, verification, checking and analysis. Check for major data change to get reasonable explanations and then remark them.

5. According to the requirements of the daily management, timely complete management reports with collected data, and then update to leadership team for business review purpose.

6. To ensure that all above mentioned data are with clear definition, consistent statistical caliber, full scope, correct relation and accuracy. All data should be submitted in a timely manner.

7. Timely completion of other related works assigned by the Group leadership team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in financial management or related major, MBA or master degree is preferred.

2. At least 5 years working experience in financial analysis in multinational enterprises, 2 years working experience in corporate or regional headquarter is preferred.

3. Be familiar with the difference of USGAAP, IFRS and Chinese accounting standards, familiar with the financial statements consolidation.

4. Be familiar with MS Office and mainstream financial management softwares (such as SAP, Hyperion, and Cognos etc.)

5. Excellent written and oral English communication skills, and other foreign language skills are preferred.

6. Have good interpersonal skills, coordination ability, communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
