Position Description:

1: As a Color and Materials Designer your role will be to create

innovative Product Color designs that bring new value to the Lenovo

product range.

2: This involves finding new color and material techniques for the

future products，and building a clear strategy and design roadmap

for the product group . You must be able to lead the team and

create new leading CMF concept.

3: The role involves working directly with industrial designers,

product planners and mechanical engineers to define the design

requirements, whilst focusing on customer efficiency and

ease-of-use.

Position Requirements:

1、教育情况要求

大学本科

You will be responsible for the following areas: 1: Executing and

creating product color and material designs according to the design

strategy. 2: Identifying key color and material trends and

opportunities for the target product. 3: Maintaining a high

personal standard of delivery. 4: Effectively communicating

research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design

rationale both verbally and visually to collaborators and

managers.

2、能力要求

1: A strong sensitivity to aesthetics, proficient with standard

software such as Photoshop and Illustrator is required. 2: You must

be able to plan and estimate own capability and capacity, in order

to successfully execute multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

3: Good written and spoken English is essential.
