工作职责：
带领店铺所有成员达成预定目标并实现销售和利润的最大化，提供指导、培训和原则以确保所辖店铺的顾客服务、店铺陈列、库存管理以及店铺行政工作的高标准执行；
保证所有公司政策及流程得到持续的贯彻执行，同时一直努力降低店铺成本。

职位要求：
1. 大专或以上学历，熟悉电脑操作；具两年或以上零售业、连锁餐饮业或客户服务工作经验，且担任管理职位；
2. 良好的沟通、领导和协调能力，亲和力强，能承受较大的工作压力；
3. 较强的商业意识和触觉，能有效促进店铺销售及提供高标准的客户服务；
4. 愿意接受跨城市工作调派者优先考虑
