Role Description
1. Leading and developing annual Campus Recruitment strategy and driving its implementation across all Bus and sites
2. Leading, developing and implementing Employer Branding strategy and campaigns within a one Company context that makes WuXi AppTec the Choice of Employer at campus
3. Developing, and managing strong partnerships with BU HRBP, Recruiting, PR, and other stakeholders and clients
4. Developing and maintaining strong relationship with key target schools, associations, and other agencies
Role Responsibilities
Responsible for total Campus Recruitment and Employer Branding functional performance including:
? Work with national Head of Recruiting and Employer Branding to develop and implement national CR strategy and campaigns, within a one Company context that makes WuXi AppTec the “Choice of Employer”.
? Plan, lead and closely monitor the implementation of national EB projects by working with external agencies, internal departments, BU and site Recruiting teams. These projects include recruitment social media management, Ambassador Program, Campus Relationship Program, Scholarship, Internship and other programs
? Work with Head of Recruiting and Employer Branding and HRBP on national CR sourcing and recruiting implantation plan, budget, target schools, campaign design, promotion plan, selection process, offer, and post-offer engagement to meet company resourcing need
? Build and strengthen Client Relationships with undergraduates, placement office and professors of universities, e.g attending students/universities’ activities
? Promote campus recruitment and employer branding within the company to gain internal awareness, support, and participation
? Build and manage strong partnerships with key internal and external clients.
? Lead, build and track Campus Recruitment records, statistics, reporting, and analytic services for insights and recommendations
Requirements:
? At least 8 years recruitment / HR experience in a sizable multinational organization preferred, campus hiring experiences is a must.
? 3 years of employer brand management experience, able to develop brand strategy
? Rich experience in corporate culture, employer branding, planning and communication
? Negotiation, influencing and consultative skills with an ability to build strong client relationships;
? Proven project management experience and strong organization skills;
