Position Description:
This position will take charge of Learning & Development in Asia-Pacific & Latin America region.
Responsibilities:
1、Work closely with the HR partners in the region to analyze training needs and develop various sophisticated training and development program
2、Deploy the annual training & development plan as well as training budget which aligned with the business strategic plan
3、Assist in the development and implementation of business units' short and long-term people development strategic projects and initiatives 4、Manage the effectiveness of the training guideline and procedure while develops the training policy in line with the business needs
5、Customize and implement L&D programs which can drive learning culture and business strategic L&D requirements
6、Execute corporate L&D programs
7、Manage the L&D team and also the L&D budget
Position Requirements:
1、Master degree in HR related and certified trainer is preferred
2、At least 5 years experience in employee training & development within multinational company
3、Strong experience in training design & delivery
4、Good command of oral and written English
5、Excellent presentation and facilitation skills -People and customer orientation
6、Sensitive to cross-cultural environment
