职位职能：薪酬福利主管

职位描述

Responsibility:

1. Take full responsibility for CD plant C&B function work including pay roll, policy and process continues improvement, market C&B information analysis; Provide professional consultancy and support on this function; Be a professional HR business partner on own function;
2. Take in charge of performance management;
3. Lead or participant on HR project cascade from Corp. HR team as well as CDP HR projects;
4. A part of function team management work;

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree and above; Have related working experience for more than 4 years. Have ever been focus on C&B for more than 3 years;
2. Be familiar with electronic manufactory HR work. Have plant HR working experience is preferred;
3. Good communication skill and service mind for business;
4. Have strong self-motivation, performance driven attitude and responsibility; Have business partner sense.
5. Good command of English ability include oral and written;
