岗位职责:

My vision:
Support HRM and work closely with business team managers, as a partner, in HR modules including recruit, training, C&B, employee relations etc, to build a diversified, competent and happy Decathlon team. Ensure alignment with agreed group business strategy and local initiatives, and ensure successful execution.

My responsibility:
Recruit
-To partner with each production team managers (PTM) on team human organization and recruit needs to build continuous talent pool.
- To select and develop related vendors to maintain efficient recruit channel and ensure good result, with good cost.
-To conduct hiring process such as recruit advertisement, resume screening, interviewing, offering and ensure hiring demand is met with cycle time, hiring quality requirements and Decathlon recruit strategy.
- To promote Decathlon employer branding locally within University and social market via various channels in different strategies.
-To accompany newcomers within probation period, via HR orientation.

Training
-To work with Operation Process Managers (OPM) on team competency.
- To support HRM and OPM build trainer, mentor pool, and ensure the integration plan for newcomers is well designed and customized.
-To invite internal and external trainers to Wuhan to open trainings.

Compensation & Benefits
-To collect human data change and ensure monthly payroll is 100% accurate.
-To assist China C&B manager collect data for salary grid prepare and survey.
-To promote and conduct Decathlon group C&B strategy in Wuhan local, ensuring all policies are well implemented.
-To be the Decathlon Incentive Shareholding Plan(DISP) relay in Wuhan, making each member well understand it.
-To be responsible for commercial insurance and body check project.

Employee relations
-To conduct coming and leaving procedures, maintaining human data and documents.
-To propose and implement action plans when ER problems arise.
-To assist local and global wining team survey in Wuhan and follow the feedback & action to boost a happy team.

Others
-To maintain online HR system.
-Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by HRM.

任职资格:

My profile:
- I am a sports enthusiast. I practice sports regularly.
- I am honest, responsible.
- I am willing to learn and have good learning ability.
- I have good organization, leadership, communication skills, and outstanding executive ability.
- I am result-oriented, and I am concrete on actions.
- I have at least 2-year working experiences in recruit domain in multinational company.
- I can speak and write Chinese and English very well. French is a plus.
-Knowledge in labor law and local regulations is a plus.

My career path possibilities:

Wuhan Office

As the subsidiary of Decathlon group based in Wuhan, established on 14th September, 2009, which 100% in charge of the production & purchasing of textile sportswear in Center China. And the majority of our purchased products have been exported to Europe. We cooperate with Engineer in France to develop and produce textile products, source excellent suppliers in Center China and manage them, and make sure the products delivered to the right places in the right time.
With fast development of Decathlon China, Wuhan branch plan to be developed to be a purchasing and producing team with 200 members. We are looking for professionals to reinforce our team and share our values: Vitality and Responsibility!
