职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:

1 Follow up on customer interactions.
2 Manage customers’ accounts including receive and payment.
3 Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
4 Manage administration.
5 Process orders, forms, applications and requests
6 Apply customer credit limit; get approval from Credit Committee
7 Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
8 Assist to handle and resolve customer complaints
9 Assist to respond promptly to customer inquiries

Required Skills and Experiences:

1 ( 3+ years) shipping or container leasing experience;
2 Good spoken and written English.
3 Good application of computer software.
4 Degree holder: Bachelor or equivalent.
5 knowledge of customer service principles and practices
6 knowledge of administrative procedures
