As vital part of our long term strategy, EMAG has launched the International Trainee Program (ITP), which is a special career development program designed for outstanding young candidates. In the first year, the candidates will be provided with a systematic training and cross-functional job rotation, and oversea training assignment etc., so that they can broaden their vision of business and scope of professional knowledge, which will finally enable us to decide the work position based on the candidate's competency and career development direction, and help our candidates contribute to our business growth while seeking personal advancement.
