Goals/Mission
To manage customer satisfactory at an utmost high level
Function & Responsibilities
- Manage warranty claim & conduct daily in-house service repair operations on timely basis
- Support the dealer’s engineer to solve the technical issues
- Plan and deliver assigned services to customers, e.g. maintenance, installation and training
- Perform product software and hardware update timely
- Prepare & provide service report on an accurate and timely basis
- Identify and report potential quality problems
- Provide technical support during product registration process
- Manage daily IT support and troubleshooting
- Establish and keep a safe/normative/convenient/manageable IT environment
- Other tasks assigned by managers
Qualifications
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor degree
- Major in engineering (electronics/electro-mechanical or biomedical engineering preferred)
- CET 4 or above, can read technical document and write English without problem
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 year’s technical service experiences in medical device industry. Experience in ventilator is a plus
- Ability to work successfully under pressure and in a time constrained environment
Capabilities
- Professional business ethics
- Skills in technical measurements of using standard tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope
- Self motivated, good communication skills, and a good team player
- Well organized, proactive, initiative, analytics, time management skills
- Good English in both speaking and writing
- Customer focus, result driven/quality oriented, open minded, ability to handle multi-tasks
