职位描述：

- For our Healthcare in Shanghai, we are looking for a Customer Document Engineer at the earliest opportunity.

Goals/Mission:

- Creation of customer documentation for Siemens CT;

- Tech. writing & Localization service to Healthcare Sector.

Working Partners/Contacts:

- Reporting to Team Leader of Customer Documentation Team;

- Colleagues in HealthCare regarding R&D, PM, Define, logistics, services, QP, SM, etc.

- Customers; Suppliers.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with R&D cross-functional teams to obtain necessary information to plan, research and write user manual for medical equipment.

- Drive the manual creation process independently as project coordinator in and out of team, control manual quality and ensure on-time delivery for manuals in R&D Project

- Be able to have innovation and improvement for existing process and existing user manual, and raise ideas for customer-oriented documents development strategy in long term.

Capability:

- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, open-minded and good team work.

- Proven communication, quick learning, problem solving and analytical skill is required.

- Good time management in multi-task.

Education:

- Bachelor degree or above in technical disciplines (e.g. Biomedical Engineering) or technical writing.

Knowledge / Experience

- Proven writing skill in English and strong oral English skill. CET - 6 or above is required.

- Experience with various editing and drawing software, e.g. FrameMaker, PaintshopPro, and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is preferred.

- > 2 years or comparable related working experience
