职位描述：

Responsibility

1. Responsible
for charter execution and resource loading under the coach of Senior Program Manager;

在高级项目经理的指导下，执行公司项目管理标准和资源整合;

2. Responsible
for project plan development through project team collaboration;

通过对研发团队资源的管理协作制定项目开发计划;

3. Responsible
for project schedule creation and control of baseline timing;

制定项目进度计划表, 并根据客户需求控制项目时间研发阶段性节点;

4. Responsible
for milestone delivery of key functional electronic groups such as but not
limited to software, hardware, mechanical, and systems;

对软件，硬件，结构和系统等团队的研发进度进行监督, 对阶段性的研发成果定期进行审核以保证整个项目处于控制范围内;

5. Responsible
for control of project/program level risks, issue management, and project
quality; 对项目/方案的风险, 问题管理, 工程质量进行必要的控制;

6. Reviews
reports and records activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward
specified program objectives and modifies or changes methodology as required;

对项目报告和项目活动进行必要的审核, 以确保项目目标的实现，并根据客户需要对项目管理方式方法进行改进;

7. Create
the project budget and control project costs under the coach of Senior Program
Manager;

在高级项目经理的指导下，编制项目预算并控制项目成本;

8. Keeps
management informed of issues and do the monthly report for project status and
issues;

和管理层保持必要的沟通;每月定期对项目的进展和问题进行汇报;

9. Identify,
plan, and track program milestones;

确定，计划和跟踪项目结点;

10. Other
tasks assigned by Senior Program Manager;

高级项目经理安排的其他任务;

Requirements:

1. Good
integrity, honest and good communication skill;

诚信，诚实，并具备良好的沟通技巧;

2. Quick
learning, good English ability and Microsoft office skill like Microsoft Project,
Power Point, etc;

学习能力强，良好的英语表达能力，熟练运用办公软件，如Microsoft Project, PPT等;

3. Can
work in high pressure;

能够成熟处理工作中产生的压力;

4. Self-motivated,
result oriented;

自我激励，结果导向。

Education
and skill requirements:

1. Bachelor's
degree from a four-year college or university; with 2-4 years related
experience and/or training;

本科以上学历, 学士学位，四年制学院或大学，有1-2年相关工作经验和/或培训;

2. Have
technical electronic Program Management skill set;

具备一定电子技术项目管理技能。

3. Experience
with electronic design, product development and assembly;

熟悉电子设计开发，具备产品开发和项目整合经验;

4. Familiar
with Electronics Manufacturing;

熟悉电子制造工艺及过程;

5. Previous
experience in automotive a plus;

有汽车工作背景者佳;

6. Strong
organization and communication skills;

较强的组织能力和沟通技巧;

7. Experience
with off shore Program Management preferred;

有离岸项目管理经验者优先;

8. PMP
certification a plus;

有PMP认证者优先;
