职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Develop local digital marketing strategy and programs, aligned with business objectives, messaging and corporate brand standards as well as follow internet best practices;
2.Management of digital approaches and tactics: Website, Intranet,EDM, SMS, PPC, SEO, social Media and master related Technology;
3.Identify both short and long term approaches and digital initiatives for Sales support/leads generation, key customer segments and business units, potential education which will grow customer acquisition, retention and cross 'sell';
4.Coordinate online campaigns and customer/patient club,work with Business Unit/department for best digital practice;
5.Management vendor relationships for digital activities;
6.Other duties as assigned as marketing communication support including offline events and public relationship and digitalized materials.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor and above degree in marketing, business or related major;
2.At least 3-5 working experience in digital MKT, B2B digital experience is preferred;
3.Target oriented, creative and passionate;
4.Strong communication skill and ownership;
5.Personal leadership;
6.Business & Organization Knowledge: Understands marketing of Medical device;
7.General knowledge on hemodialysis products, target segments, customer attributes and terminologies, or quick learner on medical knowledge;
8.Strategic sense/understanding capability to support comprehensive marketing;
9.Good spoken and written English.
