JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or above in business or logistic studies
- 3-5 years working experience in logistics and/or customer service area
- PC skills including Microsoft excel, word, and power point
- Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
- Team spirit
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Customer oriented
- Can work under pressure
4.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To handle orders in system to ensure all orders to qualify for warehouse operation and correctly processed to meet customers’ satisfaction
- To promptly remove error trips in system and communicate the issues with customers in time
- To prepare shipping document ;
- To receive emergency orders/enquiries/complaints and ensure all enquiries/complaints to be processed in a timely manner
- Deviation communication and to coordinate with relevant department to fulfill customer’s requirements
- Complain handling within fixed time
- Broken promise analysis and to coordinate with relevant department for preventive solutions
- To be responsible for monthly billing statement verification with customers and billing
- To establish good customer relationship
- To maintain shipping parameter in system
- Process setup and improvement to make logistics services standardized and professional for both internal and external customer
