职位描述：
岗位概述JOB SUMMARY
该岗位负责规划、裁剪和组装完成各种焊件。除各种焊接技能外需要具备优秀的工程机械图纸识图能力，明白理解特殊的电焊符号和电焊操作工具。该岗位同时需要培训指导其他焊接员工。
This position is responsible for set-up, layout and finish weld of various weldments and components. They must be capacity reading blue prints and specific weld symbols and welding machines and tools besides different welding skills. This position will be training other welders.
工作内容 JOB DUTY INCLUDE:
? 检查焊接机及工具（如焊钳、焊接电缆的绝缘、焊机外壳保护接地等），确保焊接设备安全正常；
Before starting to work, checking welding machine and other working equipment or tools (such as welding gun, welding cable, grounding of welding machine hull and so on), make sure they are safe to work with.
? 根据生产主管要求，采用正确的二氧化碳气体保护焊施焊；
STICK welding in correct way due to supervisor’s direction.
? 施焊前核对母材及焊材材质，确保焊材选择正确；
Before welding, know how to do the preparation MUST check and make sure welding material grate of parent metal then choose proper welding wire.
? 施焊过程中，确保不出现乱焊、胡乱丢弃焊材等现象；
During welding, make sure do not welding in mass way, either waste welding materials.
? 产生或发现不合格焊接部件时，第一时间告知负责组长；
When produce or find unqualified welding work, report to supervisor immediately.
? 每次焊接任务完成后自我检查，确保焊接工艺零缺陷；
Every time when finish welding, can self-check, make sure the welding process is “ZERO DEFECT”
? 每次焊接后即刻清理施工处的焊接污垢，同时清理工作环境周围的飞溅物；
Every time when finish welding, clean welding joint around working area.
? 当日工作完成后，清理打扫焊接设备，确保焊接设备的完好，如发现设备问题，第一时间汇报负责组长；
When finish daily work, clean working area, welding machine and tools, check and make sure there is no abnormal problems, if have, report to supervisor immediately.
? 在规定时间内以优秀的质量完成组长布置的焊接任务；
Finish assigned work qualified in required time;
? 生产过程中提出可被采纳的意见；
Come out with feasible advice during work.
? 定期对焊接机器进行检查，发现潜在器械问题；
Regular check welding machine, be able to find out potential problems.
? 工作安排需要时，协助组长处理其他生产工作；
When required, help with team leader to deal with the others works.
专业技能及岗位要求COMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS
? 完全掌握二氧化碳气体保护焊焊接机的正确操作方式；
Understand STICK welding machine.
? 具备二氧化碳气体保护焊焊接技能，并可进行独立施焊；
Understand STICK welding skill and can welding independently.
? 注重细节
Detail-oriented.
? 具备熟练操作手动工具的能力，如打磨机、手枪钻、割枪、等离子切割机、扳手、测量工具等；
Good practice with all necessary equipment and tools such as welding machine, drilling machine, grinder, torch and other handling tools.
教育背景及相关工作经验EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
? 中专以上学历；
      Technical secondary School/ Vocational education.
? 具备有效的特种作业操作证书，具备金属焊接切割工作许可；
Hold effective welding certificate.
? 三年以上机械行业二氧化碳气体保护焊焊接工作经验；
2+ years of at least 2 welding work experience of STICK, GTAW (TIG) and GMAW (MIG) in mechanical industry.
