职位描述：
1 Issue the invoice and distribute to each client, collecting the invoices and make a monthly list.
2 Controlling bad debt exposure and expenses, through the direct management of credit terms on the company's ledgers.
3 Work with sales team for account receivable collections, improve the payment condition and reduce the risk of bad debt.
4 Open the new customer in the system and maintain the daily usage.
5 Monitoring the Accounts Receivable portfolio for trends and warning signs. Strong responsibility to follow up the credit condition and enhance all the payment has been collected on time.
6 Liaise with the law firm to issue the formal payment reminder letter.
7 Check the credit account and put it into system.
8 Transfer the order within system and liaise with the sales staffs and warehouse manager if there is any stock issues happen.
9 Setting and ensuring compliance with a corporate credit policy.
10 Manage the account receivable and overdue payment program as well as the aging analysis report and sales report every week. 举报 分享
