职位描述：
Scope of responsibility职责范围

1. 独立带领维修队伍并保证设备的正常运转。Lead the maintenance team and ensure all machines running.
2. 负责机加工工厂设施、设备的日常管理和维护工作，分析设备故障原因，能给出改进建议；Responsible for machining equipment the daily management and maintenance of factory facilities, equipment, analysis equipment failure reason, can give Suggestions for improvement;
3. CNC生产设备的维修和保养执行管理。CNC Machine repair and maintenance management.
4. 协助新设备采购，负责新设备的安装调试；Assist in new equipment procurement, responsible for new equipment installation and setup;
5. 给车间设备相关的改进项目提供技术支持；For workshop equipment related improvement projects to provide technical support;
6. 负责全厂TPM培训和督导执行，持续提高设备性能，减少故障停机时间；Responsible for the TPM training and supervising execution, continually improve equipment performance, reduce downtime;
7. 负责生产设备操作指导书、日常维护和周期保养作业书编制，协调生产设备日常维护规范在各设备使用部门的贯彻落实，并监督实施情况。Responsible for production equipment operation instruction, daily maintenance and periodic maintenance instruction, coordinate production equipment daily maintenance specification used in the equipment department of implementation, and supervise the implementation.
8. 建立并维护与维修相关的流程文件；To establish and maintain maintenance related process documents;
9. 定期汇报工厂设施、设备相关数据指标；Periodically report the factory facilities and equipment related data index;
10. 对公司设备的使用状况进行有效管理。收集、整理重要设备的使用管理手册、图纸等资料。The use of company equipment condition for effective management. Collect, sort out the use of important equipment management manual, drawings and other information.
11. Maintenance technician training and works management. 维护技工的培训和日常管理。
12. Spare parts requirement plan .备品备件需求计划管理。
13. 负责编制和完善设备、工装等固定资产的管理台帐，提供三类工装的技术支持和管理。Responsible for the establishment and improvement of equipment, tooling and other fixed assets management accounting, provide technical support and management of three types of tooling.
14. 负责工装、设备的备件储备管理，审核和协调工装、设备备件的采购计划和预算，负责优化备件库仓储资源的配置。Responsible for equipment, spare part inventory of equipment management, audit and coordination of tooling, equipment, spare parts purchase plan and budget, is responsible for the optimization of spare parts warehouse storage resource configuration.
15. 组织和安排维修人员进行设备二级维保计划和现场改善工作。协调处理设备生产与设备维修、维保相关工作。Organize and arrange maintenance personnel for secondary equipment maintenance plan and improve the work. Coordinate processing equipment production and equipment maintenance, maintenance related work.
16. 负责机加工厂房、配电、动力、空调等工厂设施系统的运行监控、维修和管理。监测和控制设备、设施的能耗。Responsible for the Machining factory building, facilities such as power distribution, power, air conditioning system operation monitoring, maintenance and management. Monitor and control the energy consumption of equipment, facilities.
17. 提升设备的综合运行效率OEE。Promoting the comprehensive efficiency of equipment OEE.
18. 协助机加工经理做一些力所能及的工作。Help Machining manager and finish some special works.


岗位要求：
1. 机械或电气类大专以上学历；对机械结构、油压控制、电气控制及原理等有丰富的经验； College degree or above in mechanical or electrical class; The mechanical structure, hydraulic control, electrical control and principle and so on has the rich experience;
2. 能够看懂设备装配图，液压管路图，电路图To understand equipment assembly drawing, hydraulic line chart, circuit diagram
3. 至少8年以上设备维修相关经验，熟悉数控车床、加工中心；At least 8 years relevant experiences in equipment maintenance, familiar with CNC lathes, machining centers;
4. 熟悉 马扎克和斗山的数控机床的日常保养和维护工作。Be familiar with the camp stool and doosan nc machine tools of daily maintenance and maintenance work.
5. 熟悉PLC控制相关知识；了解TPM相关知识；Be familiar with PLC control knowledge; TPM related knowledge;
6. 较强的沟通、协调及管理能力，善于管理团队，有较强的动手能力；Strong communication, coordination and management ability, good at management team, has the strong practice ability;
7. 能读懂设备英文维修手册，能英文书写，能基本的英语沟通。To be able to read the equipment maintenance manuals in English, can write in English, can communicate basic English.
8. CET4以上，熟练运用办公软件CET4 test above, good command in office software
9. 具有相关的高低压电工等特殊工种证书优先；Have the special type of work such as high and low voltage electrical certificates related preferred; 举报 分享
