职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、制定产品设计策略和产品规划：（如：风格走向；各种面料配比；颜色搭配；各产品系列的组合、定位等）
2、组织市场调研，分析服装设计潮流和流行趋势；
3、具有敏锐的市场潮流触觉，善于根据品牌的定位进行季度企划，能独立完成款式设计及色彩、辅料的搭配。


任职资格：
1、专科以上学历，广告策划、服装设计、相关专业优先考虑
2、具有三年以上服装业设计经验。
3、熟悉国内外知名品牌风格与流行趋势，把握服装色系、面料选用、产品搭配组合具有打造知名品牌的高度意识和运营能力。
