Essential Job Functions
基本工作职能
Responsible for:
？Creating designs for various marketing campaigns (internal and external presentation designs, designs for websites, traditional and digital media advertisements, and events.
为各类营销活动（包括内部外部演讲稿，网站，文册，广告或其他意义上的广告，活动）创作设计。
？Collaborating with the creative director and developing creative ideas and concepts.
与创意总监合作，创造出具有创意性的想法和概念
？Helping to create unique, new concepts to meet client’s objectives.
为达到客户目标而协助创造独特全新的概念
？Helping to conceive, develop, and produce effective designs for advertising campaigns.
为广告活动协助构思，开发和制作出有效的的设计。
？Conducting any research needed to develop designs for campaigns.
为有效的进行设计工作，而对活动进行任何必要的调查和搜索
？Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to the creative director and other team members as well as clients and account managers
向创意总监和团队其他成员，甚至是客户和客户经理呈现最终的想法和概念。
？Responding to feedback in a timely manner and working within tight deadlines.
能够及时作出回应，且能够在紧迫的时间里完成要求的工作。
？Researching competitors and keeping up-to-date on market trends.
对竞争对手进行调查研究，了解最新的市场趋势。
？Researching entertainment design trends in music, sports, and celebrity culture.
对音乐，运动，艺人文化等领域的设计方面进行调查研究。

Requirements

？Superb design abilities

？Fully proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator and Adobe InDesign

？3D design (not a requirement)

？Able to commit to 3 months’ internship

？Fluent in English

？Fully proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

？Familiar with marketing trends in China, Chinese culture, and customs
