任职条件：
1、 专业要求：机械类专业。硕士及以上学历
2、 能力要求：熟悉机械制造、汽车零件装配工艺，熟悉TS体系。有模具、检具、工装设计能力。具有团队组织、协调能力。
3、 经验要求：机加工型汽车零部件企业或机械类企业工程部8年以上工作经验，3年以上带领团队经验。
4、 熟悉发动机轴瓦工艺的优先

岗位职责：
1、负责在本部门对公司的指导方针和目标的贯彻和执行。
2、解决部门出现的问题,参与公司重大决策的商议.
3、负责制定所属各岗位职责并且组织实施。
4、主导参与新项目开发工艺建立
5、主导参与产线/设备/工装设计开发
6、主导参与模具/检具设计开发
7、负责产品产能提升
8、负责对部门员工月度绩效考核
9、完成公司领导交办的其它任务
10、维护与各部门良好的工作关系。

Requirement：
1. Major: Machinery Major. Master degree or above
2. Ability: Familiar in Machinery manufactory, Motor parts production process, familiar with TS system. Be able to design tooling, test and frock tools. With team organization and coordination ability.
3. Experience: +8 Motor part or machinery enterprise working experience, +3 team leading experience.

Duty：
1、Fully execute company policy and target in dept.
2、Solve dept issue, participate company major decision making.
3、Making position description and execute in dept。
4、Leading new projects process development
5、Leading production line/equipment/tooling’s design and development
6、Leading tooling/test tool’s design and development
7、Responsible for production capacity improvement
8、Responsible for dept. performance assessment
9、Other tasks assigned by GMs
