GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Bleum Sales Manager is a seasoned consultative solutions sales expert with significant experience, who is able to work directly with client leaders to win contracts. The China Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring new logos by selling the full spectrum of Bleum’s Services/Solutions in China, including IT service to the MNC China branch, as well as JDA and Oracle product and service. The position is ultimately responsible for the achievement of sales goals and the development of revenue producing relationships with decision making C-Level executives as well as drive the sales cycle of all sales opportunities from initial prospecting through contract execution. Liaise with Marketing and Engineering, to participate various campaigns and events, utilize digital social connections, to generate inbound leads and identify the opportunities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Prospecting, identifying and closing new business within the China market space
? Single contributor 'hunter' sales role responsible for ¥10Mil+ annual sales target
? Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline
? Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted accounts
? Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, proposal development & submission, and negotiation
? Be the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers
? Work in close collaboration with Offshore and Onshore support personnel to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs
? Ability to negotiate contracts with customers
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
? Competencies: Skills, knowledge, & abilities
Functional Competencies:
? Experience in IT solutions sales success including the execution of multiple, concurrent sales efforts
? Experience with vendor selection processes including RFI and RFP issuance and response management
? Understanding of customer decision making criteria as it pertains to outsourcing solutions
? Proven Business Analysis ability to uncover client needs, determine appropriate solutions, and customize and sell Bleum’s services
Interpersonal Competencies:
? Excellent Communication skills
? Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
? Good English skills(oral and written)
? Experience:
? Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT solutions sales
? Bachelor’s degree preferred
