Job Description

Job Title: HR Supervisor, Employee Service Function: HR
Report to: HR Director Job Code: HR
Business Card Title: HR Supervisor, Employee Service Benchmark Title: HR Supervisor, Shared Service

Position Focus:
? Provide professional services on Employee’s life cycle and transaction management.
? Ensure high-quality standards for all HR Employee Services activities, initiatives, and tasks within designated areas of responsibility, adhering to all service-level agreements established by the HR organization.
? Optimize procedure or workflow for HR employee service function
Job Description:
? Monitor HR internal progress to make sure all transaction should be delivered on time, smoothly and successfully across RHQ&CETC.
o Employee pre-boarding/on boarding and exit process
o Probation and contract renewal management
o Resident permit application
o Employee contract and P-file management
o Employee Medical Check
o Employee commercial Insurance enrollment management
o Provide reports as required

? Support RHQ & CETC employee’s HR transaction service as tier 1 help desk

? Peoplesoft and E-Leave system data entry, focus on:
o New hire/Rehire/Termination

? Support key activities of Employee Relations such as Sports Club, Outing etc.
Qualification:

? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
? At least 5 years' work experience in human resource management in MNCs.
HR Share Services working experience is preferable.
? Solid knowledge of China labor law and labor regulations
? Good team player and fast learner
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
? Fluent English speaking and computer skills.
