质量工程师
Quality Engineer Position Requirement :
--Major in mechatronics , University Degree
--Good in English both in reading and writing，CET 6 above
--Good Knowledge of Quality control system, ISO 9001 process
--At Least 3 years at manufacturing facility , full of knowledge about Metal and plastic material and its forming process and surface finish treatment
--Prefer in tool and lighting industrial working experience
--Perfect in Engineering software and office software
--Detail and self-driven oriented
--Supper honesty and high sense of responsibility
--No problem in traveling often

Quality Engineer Major responsibilities :

--Do Pre-shipping on-site inspection on existing company based on approved samples and drawing, conduct testing , inspection .and issue inspection report in English.
--For new product , based on design demand, can creating product specification for manufacturing menu and create product acceptance standard for inspection reference
--Coordinating with factory, and overseas for various engineering and QC issues, include product spec changes , upgrading , and quality claims etc…
--Coordinating with 3rd party lab and inspection company , helping our factory pass audit ,testing , and inspection .
--Can provide constructive engineering advise , easier to manufacture advices and cost saving advice during production development process.
--Coordination with purchasing, QC and finance for inspection and new project’s progress
--Always implement continuing quality improvement and provide corrective plan for bad products .
- Coach factory on their quality management and process buiding.
--Keep good records of all quality issues.

质量工程师--职位要求
--机电一体化本科专业
--良好的英语读写能力，大学6级以上水平
--熟悉质量控制体系及ISO9001的程序
--至少三年以上制造工厂工作经验，熟悉五金及塑料材料及成形加工的工艺; 熟悉工件的表面处理；有五金工具，灯具行业的经验更佳！
--能熟练运用工程（如3D）图纸软件级办公软件
--良好的职业道德 ;能经常出差
--工作仔细认真，自觉主动，责任心强，诚实可靠

质量工程师--主要职责

-1）对现有的产品，出货前-到工厂验货；能按照提供的图纸和样品，能进行相关测试，检验，判断产品的合格与否。并出具详细的英文验货报告。
2）-对新产品，能按照设计要求，拟定产品的标准，以供工厂制造和检验参考。
3) 同国外及工厂沟通协调各类工程质量问题，包括产品的更改，包装的更新，投诉等
3） 能同客人指定的第三方实验室，验货机构协调沟通，指导工厂第三方通过验厂，测试，及验货
4）产品开发阶段同设计人员沟通，对产品的成形，生产，成本提供建设性的意见！
5）同采购，运输及财务部门协调沟通订单及项目的进展
6 针对严重不良，向供应商提出8D要求，并跟踪纠正措施有效性
7 供应商质量开发，协助供应商对产品和制程进行质量改善
8. 汇总存档各项质检记录和客户投诉，并分析提出改善方案，完善质量控制； 举报 分享
