职位2：客服兼销售助理
Position 3: Customer Service and Sales Assistant
工作职责 Job Duty：
1. 协助销售处理订单；
Assist sales to process orders;
2. 研讨会前发确认函并且打电话通知客户参会细节；
To send the confirmation letter and call delegates about seminar details before the event;
3. 会场支持；
Seminar site support;
4. 研讨会后致电于客户做课后调研，并且告知后续项目；
To call clients to complete the satisfaction survey and get them informed of the coming event schedule after the seminar;
5. 致电老客户，发送更新课表；
To call the regular clients to send the updating seminar schedule;
6. 管理市场实习生。
Manage marketing interns
职位要求 Job Request：
1. 心态较好，有较强的学习欲望；
2. 大专或以上学历；
3. 良好的沟通能力
4. 良好的信息搜索能力
5. 具有一定的组织与管理能力
6. 有必要的英语听、说、读、写能力。

？ Junior Colleague academic or above;
？ Good communication ability
？ Good data research information research ability;
？ With a certain degree of organization and management ability；
？ Necessary English listening, speaking.
薪资：3000RMB底薪+市场提成
