职位描述：
1. 负责领导跨部门的项目组达成项目各阶段的时间、成本、质量目标，以成功完成项目Responsible for leading cross-functional Project team to reach the target of timing, cost and quality, in every project phase, to deliver successful Project
2. 负责集成并协调项目时间计划，以满足客户需求Responsible to integrate and coordinate project timing plan to meet customer requirement
3. 负责项目团队的领导，定期组织项目小组会和阀门会异议跟踪项目状态Responsible for leading project team, organizing regularly project meeting and gate meeting to follow up the project status
4. 负责项目的风险识别，及时采取风险预防措施，必要时获取管理层的支持Responsible for project risk identification, to take timely risk prevention measures, if necessary, to obtain management support
5. 负责在项目管理方面与客户的沟通Responsible for communication with Customer, in term of project management
6. 支持商务进行业务拓展Support the Commercial for Market expansion
7. 保证了公司规章/ TS16949规范/客户的要求得到遵守Ensure the company regulations/TS16949 regulations/ Customers’ requirements are followed
Experience requirements:
Minimum requirements:
1. At least 3 years relevant working experience in the automotive industry
2. At least 2 years of PM working experience in European or American background auto parts tier1 supplier (tier2 suppliers is not part of it)
3. Has been responsible for the VW, GM, Ford and other mainstream OEM customer PM

Preferred:
1. PM experience of assembly parts (complex assemblies) in a powertrain part (engine gearbox or transmission system).
2. With the basic knowledge of mechanical parts, can understand the drawings
3. Work experience in the company which has development, production and sales of the complete process 举报 分享
